Returns & Exchanges

FINAL SALES : All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final.
-For all other items, the return is made through credit or exchange.
-To be eligible for an return & exchange, the product must be returned unworn with tags and must provide the original return form.
-The item you purchased online is only returnable through mail. In Store return is not accepted.
-Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.
-Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
-Return shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Instructions for a Return or Exchange

1. Access the "Order History" page of your account.
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box.
4. Add an explanation for the return.
5. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip" button.

The request appears in your "Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA)" page, accessible from the account page.

After "PACKAGE STATUS" is changed to "Waiting for package", print out the return slip and this must be included in your package. Pack and seal your return merchandise with return slip securely and mail it to us.
